Functional Training Philosophy

I believe that because you are an individual, you need a fitness program that is designed exclusively for you and your lifestyle. This program is based upon Functional Training, an exercise program that is based upon what you do at home or work. Thus if your job requires repeated heavy lifting, your workouts will be focused on improved heavy lifting, if you are a parent of young children, it will be focused on moderate lifting and building the strength and ability to keep up with them, and if you’re a marathon runner, training will be focused on building endurance.

Functional training will help you get better muscular balance and joint stability, aid you in weight loss, After a few weeks, you will feel better, heathier, and have more energy than ever…I Guarantee It!

I bring everything we need for a safe, effective, and complete workout to your home. No crowded gyms, waiting in line, or travel time. I will train you in my studio in Pompano Beach or in the privacy of your own home in the following areas:

Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, Boca Ration, Lauderdale by the Sea, Galt Ocean Mile, and other areas of Broward County. ISSA Certified.
